Description: We anticipate to cover chapters 1-3, 6, 7, 10 and selected material from other chapters of the textbook..

Textbook: Elementary Differential Equations and Boundary Value Problems, W.E. Boyce and R.D. Diprima, 8th Edition, John Wiley & Sons
Homework: Assignments will not be turned in. These will be problems that I recommend you do, and they will be assigned every day. Collaboration on homework is encouraged. Remember that the daily quiz will be based on a problem from the homework.
Quizzes: Almost every day, a 15-20 minute quiz will be given based on homework assignments. The lowest 3 quiz grades will be dropped.
Exams: There will be one midterm exam scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 . Additionally, there will be a comprehensive final exam scheduled for the last day of class.
Grading: The final grade breakdown is as follows:
- Daily Quizzes – 20%
- Midterm Exam - 35%
- Final Exam - 45%
