Future Scholars Program Information
You will receive a packet from the Department of Mathematics that will include a list of math courses, registration form, and parking information. Participants can choose up to three courses that are 400 level and below. To Register:
1.Make an appointment to get
your registration form signed by the
Academic Program Coordinator.
You will also fill out a student data form. 4. You will receive a Confirmation of Registration. If a student is unable to continue in the course for any reason, the students needs to file an add/drop form with the Registrar's Office. These forms can be obtained from the Academic Program Coordinator. The add/drop deadlines for each semester can be found on the Registrar Office webpage. Students are responsible for purchasing all required texts. Information regarding the texts is available from the Academic program coordinator. Textbooks may purchased from the University Bookstore or from online book sellers. Students are responsible for their own transportation and all parking fees. Questions regarding parking on the Homewood campus can be directed to the Parking Office (410)516-PARK (7275) or fax (410)516-0196. Homewood parking regulations can be found here and a parking map can be found here. Students are allowed to participate in up to three courses per semester, depending on their individual high school schedules. Students wishing to participate in the Spring semester must have maintained a B or better average.
